Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aret Çerçi Özkan is a highly accomplished plastic and reconstructive surgery specialist with particular expertise in rhinoplasty. Born in Istanbul in 1971, he entered the prestigious Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine, English Program in 1989 and graduated in 1995 as 6th in his class.
Early Leadership & International Experience
As a medical student in 1993, Dr. Özkan served as Organizing Committee Chair for the III. International Cardiology Student Days, an international student symposium. The same year, he completed an internal medicine internship at Russel-Hall Hospital in Birmingham, UK. In 1995, he organized and presented the graduation ceremony for English Program Medical Graduates.
Plastic Surgery Training
In 1996, Dr. Özkan achieved high scores in the Medical Specialty Exam and began his plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Istanbul University Istanbul Medical Faculty. He received
