Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Sakcak - General Surgery Specialist
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Sakcak was born in Sungurlu in 1966. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. Between 1989-1990, he completed his mandatory service in Oltu district of Erzurum. In 1995, he completed his General Surgery specialization training at the Ministry of Health Ankara Numune Training and Research Hospital, 5th Surgical Clinic.
International Training
In 2009, he received interventional endoscopy training at Kafkas University Faculty of Medicine. In 2010, he received training on Small Bowel Transplantation at the University of Pittsburgh Organ Transplantation Center in Pennsylvania, United States. Between 2011-2012, he worked for 1 year at Inonu University Faculty of Medicine Organ Transplantation Center for training in Liver Transplantation and advanced surgical techniques. He also received training in Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Band for Obesity in Lyon, France and attended Haemopatch course by Baxter in Vienna, Austria.
