Dt. Kadir Şahin was born in 1985 in Turhal, Tokat. He completed all of his primary, middle, and high school education in Turhal before enrolling in Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2004. After graduating in 2009, Dr. Şahin immediately began his professional career by operating a private clinic in Turhal for approximately one year. In 2010, he transitioned to public service by joining Tokat ADSM (Oral and Dental Health Center), where he gained extensive experience in various dental procedures and patient care.
